Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: All invoices are due and payable upon pickup of goods or services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If specific payment terms have been agreed, they will take precedence. Suspension of Services/Delivery: If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend further delivery of goods or services until all outstanding invoices are paid in full. Disputes: Any disputes regarding an invoice must be raised within 10 days of receiving the invoice. After this period, the invoice will be considered final and due for payment. Storage Fees: Customers will be charged a storage fee of 1.5% of the total amount of the invoice per month if the order is not paid for within 10 days of notice that the order is ready for pickup. Artwork Rights: Mesquite Print House reserves the rights to any and all artwork (unless specifically stated as a charge on the invoice), and the work may not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
